In November 2024, a new WEIRO HK-1000-PH bitumen spraying machine was handed over to our customer Gebr. Stumpp KG in Balingen, Germany. At the same time, the machine operators were trained on the factory premises. The machine is designed as a truck body on a Mercedes Benz Atego chassis and is equipped with a heat insulated binder tank with automatic oil burner. A hydraulic agitator homogenises the bituminous binder during heating, while the powerful pump (electrically heated and with hydraulic drive) ensures that the binding agent is spread to ensure the necessary asphalt layer bonding.

In addition to the spraying work in asphalt road construction, the self-propelled machine also fulfils tasks in construction site logistics. The machine is equipped with a water tank with pump to supply the road rollers with process water. In addition, a diesel transport tank with feed pump and automatic nozzle is installed, which can refuel other construction vehicles with diesel fuel and AdBlue directly on the construction site.
